MPT has designed and developed many different types of HTCC products for our customers. This includes IC packages from a few hundred MHz to 30GHz. We have also developed multichip HTCC modules. Everything from simple module transitions with 4 dielectric layers to multichip modules with over 12 layers.

We are able to provide full design support from concept to detailed design and release to fabrication.
