Assembly
Our assembly processes support die attach, wire bonding, solder attach, encapsulation, and lid attach. We understand the delicate operations required to successfully attach and wire bond 4 mil GaAs MMICs. We know why it is important to have very short wire bonds for your critical signal paths. It is because we understanding these and other critical parameters that we provide assembly services which are superior to others.
