Our hermetic IC packages offer excellent electrical characteristics to 30GHz with very low insertion loss, resonance free and return loss better than 20dB over most of the frequency range.

We offer standard sizes of 5mm and 8mm, but we can customize to nearly any size package and die bonding arrangement.

You require a complete solution? We will package your MMIC, attach bypass capacitors (if needed), and seal the package. If required we will perform electrical tests to confirm your performance requirements.
