Non-Hermetic IC Packaging

Our customers succeed by using our non-hermetic packages because we offer two paths. This allows us to apply the solution that is best for you, our customer. While other suppliers offer one non-hermetic technology, MPT offers two non-hermetic technologies. This is allows us to offer the “A” solution if that is required. However, if a solid “B” will do the job we have those solutions too. Our goal is to provide the solutions our customers need.

Our ceramic non-hermetic packages use a ceramic base and a plastic lid. This combination is sufficient for many applications and offers the highest performance and stability possible in a non-hermetic package.

Our non-ceramic, non-hermetic solutions also use a plastic lid.
