Receivers
What is a receiver? A receiver is an electronic system that will amplify weak signals and convert them to a signal that can be used for human or electronic interface. Normally, the receiver is connected to some type of antenna that captures the desired signals.
There are many different ways to implement a receiver system from simple direct conversion to a complex super-heterodyne.
Our off the shelf receiver solution is the RX2000. It is a modular receiver system that can be customized to operate in any 1.5GHz bandwidth between 6 and 22 GHz.
In addition, MPT will develop a receiver system to your specifications. We have developed receivers from a few MHz to over 40GHz. However, most of the receiver systems we develop are in the range C, X and Ku band frequency ranges.
